Summer Reading Challenge 2022
We are excited to announce that Hertfordshire Libraries will be challenging children to read six library books (or library eBooks/audio books) between July and September and to visit their local libraries. There will be incentives including a poster and stickers. Children who successfully complete the Challenge receive a medal, a special pencil and certificate. The Children will also be entered into a prize draw to win a ticket to an exclusive author event in September this year.
The theme for this year’s Challenge is ‘Gadgeteers’. Developed in collaboration with the Science Museum Group, the Challenge will show children that science is all around us every day and inspire them to unleash their curiosity and creativity.

Children can bring their posters into school on Friday 2nd September. Each child who has completed their poster will receive 10 RICRACS and a free book!
