Use of photos and photography permissions at Holwell Primary School
Holwell Primary School is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all pupils when photographs or videos are used. We always seek parental and/or carer consent for images to be taken and used within school displays, newsletters, social media, the school website and other promotional materials. Consent preferences can be updated at any time through the Arbor Parent Portal or by contacting the school office. All images are stored securely and are used responsibly in line with data protection guidance. During school events, parents and carers may be permitted to take photographs or videos for personal use only, and we kindly ask that these are not shared online without permission. The school reserves the right to restrict photography where appropriate to ensure the safety, privacy and enjoyment of all children.
