Changes to Wraparound Care - September 2026
Enrolment Criteria
To ensure we are supporting families who rely on wraparound care for work or study, we will be introducing a new priority system:
- First priority: Parents and carers who use the club for work or study
- Second priority: Parents and carers who use the club for other reasons
All children must be registered by completing the new enrolment form even if you child has previously attended the clubs, please click the link below.
Wraparound Care Enrolment Form 2026 - 2027 – Fill out form
Families who qualify for first priority will be able to book their sessions one week earlier for the upcoming term. This will be known as the “Priority Week”, which will always fall in the third week before the end of each term.

All applications for registration must be submitted by Friday 19th June and proof of employment if applying for first priority. Parents will be informed of their eligibility for ‘First priority’ by Wednesday 24th June ready for the window to open for bookings on Monday 29th June.

New booking system – Parent Pay
We are pleased to share that we are moving to a new booking system, ParentPay. This platform will allow parents to book, pay for, amend, or cancel sessions independently, offering greater flexibility.
Please note:
- The 24 hour cancellation policy will remain in place.
- Sessions not cancelled within this timeframe will still be chargeable.
- All payments must be made in advance.
- If you are using childcare vouchers, payment for the full booking must be received within one week of making the booking. If payment is not received, the sessions booked will be cancelled and open to other parents to book.
Breakfast Club 25-26
Breakfast Club runs every morning during term time from 7:45am to 8:35am and has a capacity of 30 children per morning.

Breakfast
We offer a range of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast, and fruit juice. On Fridays, bacon rolls or a vegetarian alternative are also available.
Activities
Children can enjoy a variety of fun games and shared activities.
Booking
Bookings should be made through Arbor at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking early, as places for the term fill up quickly.
After School Club 25-26
We provide an after school club from 3.05pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, during term time with a capacity of 50 children per day.

A registration form must be completed prior to your child attending either club.
