Assess Plan Do Review


Your child's teacher will discuss their learning needs with you throughout the school year. An APDR (Assess, Plan, Do, Review) Document will be set up by the class teacher to set out a clear plan of support. As a family, you will be involved in this whole process and invited in to set and discuss targets at the beginning of a term and then towards the end to review progress. If you have any concerns or questions in between this time, please do not hesitate to contact your child's class teacher or myself using the class or senco email address.
